Ove-Marthin Granlund

 Ove-Marthin Granlund is a Partner in the Law firm SANDS and for 30 years has worked with tax and company law issues in the restructuring and purchase and sale of companies and generational changes within various industries, particularly commercial property.
He has a guarantee from the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority with significant additional insurance for real estate brokerage, brokerage/settlement in real estate transactions. Ove-Marthin assists the buyer or seller with preparations for the purchase/sale, negotiations and implementation. He also assists with property development such as regulation, subdivision and sectioning and commercialisation.

He also holds certain board positions in real estate companies and within trade.

Anders Ødegaard

Board Member

Anders Ødegaard has a degree in Economics from NHH in Bergen. Anders worked for 13 years in banking and finance, and has spent the last 10 years working with restructuring, refinancing and turnaround within various industries, especially property. He currently works with property development and management.

He also holds board positions in property companies, tourism and trade, inter-municipal companies and health.

Marius Kroksjø

Board Member

Marius Kroksjø has more than 20 years of international sales management and business development experience as well as 5 years’ experience from the solar industry, as General Manager of the Norwegian Solar company REC Solar US & APAC. During his time with REC Solar he lived in California focusing on establishing REC Solar US in the residential, commercial and utility scale solar markets in the US. He was also responsible for business development in the APAC region.
